Agreement

By creating an account or using Show Insights AI, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for that company.

The service

Show Insights AI connects to databases you control and generates SQL queries from natural-language questions, returning the results as tables and charts. The service is provided on a subscription basis, with plans and pricing as described at the time you sign up.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the credentials you connect. We strongly recommend read-only credentials scoped to only the data you intend to query.
• You confirm you have the right to access and analyse the data you connect to the service.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You agree not to use the service to break the law, to access data you are not authorised to access, or to attempt to disrupt the service for others.

Accuracy of generated queries

Show Insights AI generates SQL using a large language model. Generated queries can be wrong or can misinterpret your intent. This is why the service shows you the query behind every answer. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them for business, financial, legal, or regulatory decisions. We do not warrant that any generated query or result is accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and working, but we do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or because of factors outside our control. If you need a formal service level agreement, contact us and we will discuss it as part of your plan.

Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the period you select. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for periods already elapsed. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why where we reasonably can.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will notify account holders by email and update the date at the top of this page.
